History and Background

Clawson has been educating Douglas children since 1916. At Clawson we believe that every child has the ability to succeed in all aspects of their life. Working together with our community and family members we have created a school that will help students build a strong foundation of learning and understanding, a sense of responsibility and citizenship, and a knowledge of self-worth. We do not only teach academics, we nurture and grow the future leaders of our world, through the use of high expectations, the importance of family, citizenship, and of course, fun.
